We educate and train

At Jigsaw we know that the community is vital in helping to support young people with their mental health. Our Education and Training Programme looks to give people the skills and confidence to help support young people in their own community with their mental health.

We offer a variety of workshops for:

  • young people
  • parents and guardians
  • teachers and people who work or volunteer with young people
  • health professionals

They cater for a broad range of needs, but all have the key aim of changing how we think about and support young people's mental health.

Here you'll find out more about the workshops and training that we do and how to you can take part.
