Let’s Talk Youth Mental Health..
November 21st 2018
Jigsaw have teamed up with the Irish Examiner to produce a special supplement, Let's Talk Youth Mental Health. The supplement went out free with the Irish Examiner and its sister titles on Saturday 10th November, but if you didn't pick up a copy, don't worry! You can view and download the whole supplement online now.
Inside you'll find a raft of information that will help you to support your own mental health, whatever your age, as well as the mental health of the young people in your life. In Jigsaw we know that we can all make a huge and vital difference to the mental health and wellbeing of the people around us, and that we all have a part to play in creating a better, healthier Ireland for the future.
Young people in Ireland need our support...
... and we need yours.
We cannot reach every young person who needs our help without your help.
If you are able to make a regular monthly donation by Direct Debit, it will allow us to plan knowing we have the means to deliver our vision of an Ireland where every young person's mental health is valued and supported.
If you cannot sign up to a regular donation right now, then a donation of any amount, however large or small, will make a huge difference to our ability to reach the young people across Ireland, in our village, towns and cities, who are in need of our help. And donating couldn't be easier...
If you'd prefer not to donate online, you can simply post a cheque of any amount to:
