Jigsaw North Fingal offers a support service to 12-25 years old who live, work or go to school in the North Fingal area and wish to speak to someone about concerns to mild mental health issues. We are located at 1 St. George’s Square in Balbriggan.
Jigsaw North Fingal is currently open by appointment only. If you would like to make an appointment for yourself or a young person in your life, please leave us a message with your name and contact details. This phone is checked Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning. We will respond to you within three working days.

Jigsaw North Fingal aims to make sure that young people’s voices are heard and that they get the right support, where and when they need it.
Jigsaw North Fingal brings together community support for the mental health needs of young people aged between 12 and 25.
Direct support for young people
Any young person (aged between 12 – 25 years old) can come to Jigsaw North Fingal if you have concerns that you want to talk about. We can provide information, advice, guidance and support. The service is free and confidential. There is no waiting list. Simply call us on (01) 960 3020 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make an appointment.
We also provide information and advice to anyone who is worried about a friend or young person in their life.
Working with young people
At Jigsaw, we believe it’s vital to make sure that young people’s (16 – 25) voices are heard. Our Youth Advisory Panel (YAP) represent us and take part in decision making at every level. Working with youth professionals/front line workers & volunteers
Jigsaw offers a suite of education and training programmes designed to build knowledge, capacity and confidence in frontline workers and volunteers to better promote and support young people’s mental health.

As well as directly helping young people in tough times, Jigsaw North Fingal promotes the wellbeing of all young people by enhancing their competencies, confidence and coping skills and by developing the capacity of communities to support the mental health of young people.

From the M1 take the exit for Balbriggan south (exit 5). Take the left at the Apple Green roundabout. Follow the road straight (R132) into Balbriggan. Take the 2nd exit at the next roundabout, this places the church on your right hand side. The car park on your left can be used free of charge. From this car park (on foot) turn left and walk straight until you have the Bracken Court Hotel and Balbriggan Public Library on your right. The Hub is directly across the road from this and is located in the former AIB bank building.
All routes leading from both North & South access Balbriggan via the Bus Eireann 101 service. This bus stops directly outside the hub. The Dublin bus also has a service that leaves from the City Centre (33a/33b) that will also stop adjacent to the hub.
Trains from Connolly Station, Tara Street Station & Pearse Street Station all service Balbriggan (Please check timetable @ www.irishrail.ie) The service that will leave you in Balbriggan is the Drogheda service (This will stop at all stops between the departure location & Drogheda, Co. Louth including Balbriggan.)
From the train station in Balbriggan you need to walk straight out of the station and up to the top of the road where you will see a Spar. At the top of the road turn left and continue as far as the Bracken Court Hotel. The hub is directly across the road and is located in the former AIB bank building.
Free parking can be found directly across from St. Peter & Paul’s Church (The church is on your right while entering from Balbriggan South). Please ensure your cars & belongings are secure before leaving the car park. The car park is approximately a 2 minute walk from the hub.
