Everybody develops good Mental Health in different ways, and there's no one approach that will work for everybody. "What Works 4 U .org" are trying to find out about all the different things young people are doing to stay well, stay positive, and stay strong. It could be music, socialising, a sport, a hobby, mindfulness, talking to someone. This website helps you identify the things that work for you, and it can suggest things that have worked for other people. All the information captured on the website also makes for really good data for research so we can know how to help other young people and how they can help themselves.
