Spread the word about Jigsaw Meath

We want young people, families and youth workers to know that Jigsaw Meath is here to help them. So why not spread the word  - tell your friends and family members. Also, be sure to like our page "Jigsaw Meath" on Facebook.

Join our Youth Advisory Panel

Jigsaw Meath is committed to making sure that young people's voices are heard, and we practise what we preach.

Our Youth Advisory Panel (YAP), made up of young people from across the county, works with us to make sure that we develop genuinely youth-friendly services, and that young people are involved in decision-making at every level. We're looking for young people who are passionate about improving mental health services in Ireland. If you're aged between 15 and 22 you could help us – contact Lorcan at meath@jigsaw.ie for more information.

Help raise funds for Jigsaw

Raising funds in your community, business or school can help support the vital services we provide for young people. If you would like to hold a fundraiser please contact us and we will support you all the way. You can also donate online to Jigsaw.

You can run the mini marathon for Jigsaw Meath.

Develop your mental health awareness

Better awareness of mental health problems can help lift the stigma, and make it easier for people to get the help they need. Jigsaw Meath's training courses for parents, families and those working with young people can help you become more aware of the issues and improve your skills. See our events pages for information about mental health training.

We also provide information about whole-staff training sessions to help workers in schools, colleges or in the community to better understand young people's mental health needs.
