How can Jigsaw Meath help?
If something's getting you down, or you're worried about someone, it can be hard sometimes to know where to turn. Jigsaw Meath is here to help.
Sometimes it can seem like there's a lot to deal with. Studies, work, friends and family, sex and relationships, drugs and alcohol can all pile on the pressure.
You can text, email or phone Jigsaw Meath for advice or drop into us in Navan for one-to-one support. We welcome calls from professionals and parents who are concerned about a young person. We can give advice on what services are available in Meath and what kind of support might be best suited to a particular difficulty.
Youth Hub

We're open:

Saturday: 12.00 - 16.00 (Closed on Saturday & Monday of Bank Holidays)
Please Note: Jigsaw Meath is not a 24 hour service. Our phone, text and email services are NOT checked outside of our drop-in hours above.
Schools and colleges
Jigsaw Meath is currently working with four schools and one youthspace centre in the county to try out ways of developing a healthy, supportive environment, and raise awareness of the importance of looking after your mental health. The aim is that schools and youthreach centres across the county will have a specific team, including students, parents, staff and mental health professionals, looking at mental health across the school or centre.
If you work in a school or youth centre, please contact Jigsaw Meath at meath@jigsaw.ie for more information, or read more about promoting mental health in schools and youth centres. We would love to come to talk in your school, to promote positive mental wellbeing, and let young people know about our service.
Training
Jigsaw Meath works with other agencies to provide training to develop understanding of mental health issues, and improve your skills in recognising and supporting mental health needs. They are not just for teachers and youth workers, or others who deal with young people as part of their job: our aim is to develop a community which is more 'mental health friendly', cutting through the fear and stigma that sometimes hangs around mental health issues.
See our events pages for details of mental health training events that are coming up.
