Fundraise for Jigsaw
We make the most of gifts, large and small, to work with communities and help improve young people's mental health.
Fundraising events
Organising an event in support of Jigsaw can provide enormous fun, as well as funds. Whether it's a sponsored hula hoop or a non-uniform day, you can get together with your school or community group to have a great time and raise vital money to keep our projects running.
We can provide you with resources such as t-shirts, posters, collection buckets and sponsorship cards to help your event go with a bang and raise the profile of Jigsaw. You can contact our parent organisation, Headstrong, at fundraising@headstrong.ie to talk about your event and the help we could offer, or get in touch with your local Jigsaw project in Ballymun, Galway, Kerry, Meath or Roscommon.
Fundraising challenges
If you've ever fancied running a marathon or climbing a mountain, then taking on a fundraising challenge could be just the extra motivation you need to get going. Contact Orlaith (orlaith@headstrong.ie) to talk about how we can help you, including setting up a special online fundraising page.
You can also make a donation online.
Fundraising principles
Headstrong and Jigsaw’s fundraising operations comply with the Statement of Guiding Principles for Fundraising, drawn up in the context of the Charity Act 2009. We are therefore committed to the highest standards of good practice and to ensuring that all of our fundraising activities are respectful, honest, open and legal.
We ask all of our volunteer fundraisers to adhere to these guiding principles of respect, honesty, openness and full adherence to the law in all of their fundraising activities. Please complete each of the items in the checklist (below) to ensure that your event / initiative fulfil the requirements. See also www.ictr.ie for further information.
