Clutter is stressful!!!

Not only can clutter be a sign of a stress, it can also be a major source of stress. So why not start the summer with a clear, uncluttered, distressed mind by getting rid of any extra household items, such as old clothes, bed linen, curtains, even pairs of old shoes/trainers that you no longer use... and giving them away to someone who will benefit from them?

Jigsaw is an innovative new community-based system of care, developed by Headstrong; the National Centre for Youth Mental Health that supports young people aged 12-25 to achieve better mental health and wellbeing.

Jigsaw Galway was delighted to welcome An Taoiseach, Mr. Enda Kenny, in July when he officially launched our new hub on Fairgreen Road.

John Fitzmaurice, Manager of Jigsaw Galway said, "it was a proud day for us all".

Jigsaw Galway was privileged to welcome President Mary McAleese to the service on the 11th January 2011.

President McAleese described Jigsaw Galway as a service that is “helping young people to get the best out of themselves… to lose that sense of self-doubt… to introduce them to their strong selves, their best selves”.
