Clutter is stressful!!!
Not only can clutter be a sign of a stress, it can also be a major source of stress. So why not start the summer with a clear, uncluttered, distressed mind by getting rid of any extra household items, such as old clothes, bed linen, curtains, even pairs of old shoes/trainers that you no longer use... and giving them away to someone who will benefit from them?
