Each Jigsaw service delivers workshops in the local community that builds the confidence and capacity to support young people's mental health.
These workshops aim to increase community awareness and understanding of youth mental health. The training also increases the knowledge and confidence of people who work or volunteer with young people.
We offer a number of workshops for:
- young people
- young adults in third level education and in community settings
- parents and guardians
- those who work and volunteer with young people
- health professionals
Our workshops can be delivered free of charge by Jigsaw staff in the communities around a Jigsaw service. If you are a school, parent group, or organisation interested in these workshops and are based in the area served by Jigsaw Kerry, contact us by phone or email to learn more.
